On-Site Generated Technology
Are you looking for on-site generated technology? GenEon is leader in on-site generated technology, offering cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting products created using this technology. Here's a little bit of history regarding how on-site generated technology got its start. A pioneering scientist named Michael Faraday discovered the ground breaking technological phenomena of electrolysis in 1839. It's this technology that GenEon uses to produce an electrically charged mixture of water and proprietary minerals using electricity. This is known as Electrolyzed Water on demand. We use the technology to create one step multipurpose products that offer safe, sustainable cleaning, sanitizing, and degreasing solutions. This production technology gives consumers a competitive advantage in terms of product efficiency, eco-friendliness, and simplicity.
How does on-site generated technology produce
safe cleaning products and sanitizers and disinfectants that are non-toxic? One of the natural minerals GenEon uses as a catalyst in our on-site generated technology is salt, which is a compound comprised of sodium and chloride. During the process, sodium ions are positively charged and chloride ions are negatively charged, then our On-site Generators expose these ions to a low electrical charge. The positive side of the charge electrochemically converts the chloride ion (Cl) to hypochlorous acid (HOCl) (a powerful sanitizer); the negative side of the charge electrochemically converts the sodium ion (Na) into sodium hydroxide (NaOH) (a cleaning compound commonly found in soaps and detergents).
What makes our on-site generation technology different from other OSG systems is that ours is a Blended Stream System using both versions in the same solution. The hypochlorous solution is represented as Free Available Chlorine (FAC) that has 80-200 times the sanitizing power of chlorine bleach. Since it is produced at a near-neutral pH, it won't bleach out furniture or clothes. The on-site generated products that are produced with this technology are powerful and efficient.
One of the biggest advantages of using on-site generated technology to produce cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting solutions is that they allow consumers to make only what they need for any given job. This means less waste. It also eliminates the need to store harmful cleaning products in your facility, reducing the potential for accidents.
